First a concrete foundation wall is poured forming the perimeter of the structure. Then a |
|||||||||
|
wooden platform is built whose perimeter rests on top of the foundation. This platform is |
|||||||||
|
comprised of evenly spaced floor support joists to which sheets of wood panel flooring |
|||||||||
|
are attached. The sheathing braces the joists and distributes the load more uniformly via |
|||||||||
|
