Polymorf, Inc. respects the privacy of its customers and visitors to this web site. Any information |
submitted through online forms, by email, or other means will be kept strictly confidential and used |
only to assist order processing and other internal business operations. Polymorf does not sell or |
otherwise make collected information available to third parties. Online credit card processing using |
the shopping cart is protected by Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption technology provided by |
CCNOW, the online retailer of Polymorf. |

Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) |

Polymorf, Inc. is committed to complying with guidelines established by the Children's Online |
Protection act of 1998 which regulates what, and how, information may be gathered from online |
users who are children under the age of 13 years old. Polymorf does not want to collect information |
that parents do not want their children to submit. Any personal information provided is strictly volun- |
tary and is not a condition for visiting the Polymorf web site. There are notes on all online forms for |
children under the age of 18 to get parental approval before filling them out and submitting them. |
Polymorf will only use personal information provided by you or your child for the following: |
- a one time response to an email inquiry, (After which the email address will be deleted.) |
- if your child has entered an online contest and won, (Parents will be notified prior to awarding |
the prize and collecting additional address information for its delivery. Contact information |
for all runners up will be deleted at the end of each contest.) |
- if your child has subscribed to 3Doodlings newsletter, (Notification of the subscription request |
will be sent to the parent's email address before it will take effect.) |
- or, if you or your child signs up to receive Polymorf information or product updates. (An e-mail |
confirmation will be sent to the parent's email address.) |
All parental notifications will include instructions on how to refuse permission for the requested |
activity and delete any and all information that has already been submitted. Parents can review any |
information that has been submitted by their child. Polymorf will use reasonable means to verify the |
parent's identity prior to releasing this information. |
