Using the Shopping Cart to place an order with your credit card |

To shop the catalog using your credit card just click Add to Cart next to the product you |
|
|
wish to purchase. The product is added automatically to the cart. If you want to add |
|
|
more items just click the Add More Items button on the cart and it will take you back |
|
|
to the catalog. If you want to see what is on your shopping cart just click View |
|
|
Shopping Cart/Checkout at the top or bottom of the catalog page. You can manually |
|
|
change quantities from 1 to any number you want. If you are finished shopping just click |
|
|
the Pay and Finish button on the cart and continue through the purchasing pages. |

How can I place an order without a credit card? |
|
|
If you are not comfortable with ordering online with a credit card or do not have one you can |
|
|
mail your check or money order to us instead. Simply print our order form, fill it out, and |
|
|
mail it to: Polymorf, Inc. 11500 N.E. 76 St., # A - 3, # 309; Vancouver, WA 98662. |

Do I receive a paper invoice? |

Credit card orders: After you place your order with CCNOW, you will be sent an |

email from CCNOW that you may print out as your invoice for your order. You will |
|
|
also be sent an email from Polymorf, Inc. notifying you when your order is shipped. |

Mail orders: You will be sent an order confirmation from Polymorf, Inc. when |
|
|
your order is received if you include your email address or phone number. |

Sales tax and shipping charges |
|

Credit card orders: You are purchasing your product from CCNOW. They are our |

|
online retailer. CCNOW is located in Delaware. Delaware has no state sales tax. |

Therefore, you pay no state sales tax on credit card orders placed with CCNOW. |

Current shipping fee is $4.00 per order, not per set. Shipping time is 1 day |
|
|
for order processing and 4 - 5 days in transit. |

Mail orders: You are purchasing your product directly from Polymorf, Inc. Washington |
|
|
state residents must add an 8% state sales tax to the cost of the order. For all mail |
|
|
orders the shipping fee is $4.00 per set. Please allow 5 days for shipping after we have |
|
