The squaking penguin (squakus aukus) is a flightless aquatic bird that

inhabits the southern hemisphere of Polygia.  It has flipper like wings,

short legs, and a long, pointed beak.  Squaking penguins are social

animals that live together in large colonies.  They huddle together for

warmth during the long, dark winter.  Living so closely together for

such long periods of time makes the critter very cranky and protective

of its territory.  When it is upset it squaks loudly.   That is how it got

its name. So whatever you do don't poke it in the chest or it will squak!
